Unless the emotional aspects are addressed, no weight loss diet will give you the permanent results you’re looking for. This is why most diets fail. They treat only part of the issue – food and exercise – without dealing with your psychology.
Remember, the mind-body is one system. To get the best results you need to work holistically, mind and body working together.
